Upon entering the site, I am immediately confronted by a pair of orange sneakers. I look at websites all day long and am rarely impressed - MacTribe cuts the mustard. So what is this company beyond its energetic website full of hot geeky girls and super heroes?
Uncluttered Mac support when businesses are blindsided.
With technology being so messy with technology upgrades every five minutes and polluted by spammers, it is difficult to cut through the clutter. Minimalist computing enthusiasts are all about simplicity and doing one thing, but doing it well. MacTribe subscribes to the same set of rules. The company wants IT support for Macs to be "reliable and enjoyable," which, to most end-users, translates to "MacTribe will fix this irritating Macintosh problem you have so you can go back to underwater basket-weaving."
The company offers off-peak emergency support, a client portal, and online back-up services. It seems in the crowded universe of IT, Mac specialists are somewhat overlooked. Could this trend have anything to do with Apple's monopoly-like control over the hardware market?
