The Caju Cashew Company remains a family run small business. With roots in Vietnam and current production in San Francisco, the cashew roasting techniques developed decades ago are standing the test of time.
Our family lives in a small town in the district of Cam My, in the province Dong Nai within Vietnam. Over 20 years ago, our Aunt and Uncle started a small business, roasting cashews by hand. Then, they sold it to locals in the surrounding area as a means to make a living.
Two decades later, they are still as passionate as ever about their cashews. Driven by the idea that only the highest quality cashews should be used, our family cashew business refuses to cut corners and only provides the best cashews to our customers. Their unparalleled standards and work ethic have compelled me to share their product with the rest of the world.

Cashews can come from anywhere around the world, but ones native to Vietnam claim to have a distinct flavor. As traditions are diluted into industry, The Caju Company remains true to its spirit.
