Minimalist Crowdfunding - Kids to Pilots

Kids to Pilots, an exciting new campaign through KickStarter The basic premise is to provide online aviation training to kids and Robert Hoisan needs our help. Seeking roughly $30,000 Robert and his team want to take Kids to Pilots to the next technological level through an online platform, interactive book, and mobile app.

Every kid has a dream. And we all know that many kids dream of becoming an airline pilot one day. We want to help those kids prepare for that day and better understand aircraft, how they fly and what they are made of, using resources from real pilots and animators in a fun and entertaining environment.

With YOUR help, we will be offering FREE of charge access to online training and offline packs of 'Kids to Pilots' DVD's to hundreds ( HOPEFULLY THOUSANDS IF WE EXCEED OUR GOAL ) of children and teens. We hope that one day, with the knowledge they gained using 'Kids to Pilots' for FREE, they will be well prepared for that flying academy and make their parents proud by becoming real pilots.

I was especially intrigued by this campaign due to its family focus. Anything that encourages parents to spend time with children developing a transferable skill rates highly on Home of Wealth. I have truly never heard of an online aviation system dedicated to teaching children the complex nuances of flying long before they ever set foot in a plane. This system is the spark that could ignite a major fire in our next generation of pilots. Robert and his team have clearly put a lot of time and effort into this project. The various "Mr. Fly" modules are packed with quizzes, different levels of knowledge and animated tests.

The prizes and gifts upon donation are not lavish, but the priority is to support learning and it is up to all of us to get out and give.
