Tyler Capper brings you one of the best cook books I have used in a long time. I live in the middle of the Midwest so much of the culinary culture I am exposed to is fried or covered in bacon. Needless to say I yearn for some Eastern flavor, but I have to create it myself. A friend of mine pointed me in the direction of Japanese Recipes - fast & healthy with video hook-up.
"If you're looking to learn new healthy recipes, then you can't go past the Japanese diet. Unquestionably the healthiest national cuisine on the planet, this book showcases the most common and popular Japanese dishes straight from household kitchens in Japan. And, to make these recipes more easy to follow I've included a video hook up link so you can see them actually being made." -Tyler Capper
I live with some picky eaters but have no problem finding yummy dishes to try that please all taste buds. My kids have fun with me at the grocery store as we hunt around to find new and different ingredients. Japanese cooking has proven incredibly minimalist as my family and I find new ways to spend time together and enjoy plenty of beautiful free experiences over delightful cuisine.
