Get Some Fresh Air with Robin's One Stop Fitness

Upon reading Robin Reichert's recent Hiking and Biking blog entry I promptly reminded myself that Spring has sprung, got up, and opened my office window. There is simply nothing better than getting outside and enjoying fresh air, exercise, and quality time with loved ones after a claustrophobic winter. AFPA certified nutrition consultant, Robin Reichert, puts life in perspective and helps people interested in making healthy changes consider all of their wellness options. She runs Robin's One Stop Fitness, a fantastic website dedicated to health and fitness for the average person. Here is a sample of what you can find:

In this fast paced life, we don’t often stop to smell the roses or pause to reflect on how beautiful this world really is.  There are many benefits to getting outside, breathing in some fresh air, and taking in the nature around us. This is especially true for busy families who barely have time to eat dinner together.

Two activities that can pull a family together and get them moving are hiking and biking. Not only will you get some great exercise, but also you will be able to connect with your family again and strengthen those relationships. Not only that, but both hiking and biking have some fantastic benefits.

Robin cares about you and your fitness. Her optimistic approach to wellness is contagious from the moment you read her perspective. A healthy lifestyle doesn't have to be drastic and Robin promotes a message of incorporation. By incorporating small changes and leisure activities into your daily routine, positive changes are not only possible but become quite easy!

"I specialize in weight loss, functional strength training, total body toning, aerobic conditioning, plyometric training, nutrition planning, and home-based boot camp style workouts for women. Lifelong learning and educating others about natural health, physical fitness, nutrition and wellness is my passion. My goal is to make every personal training session fun and effective for my clients. I believe that exercise should be an enjoyable activity that can evolve into a way of life rather than a chore." -Robin Reichert

Minimalist and helpful, Robin's health and fitness concepts are free or low cost, they increase togetherness, and they add a great variety to daily lives otherwise spent in dank cubicles and traffic.
